Information you submit
When you use the inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, work email, optional role, selected workflow and message. Please do not submit customer names, credentials, protected system data or other sensitive operational information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, respond, decide whether a conversation or pilot may be relevant and maintain a record of that correspondence. The public website does not send inquiry form content to an AI model.
Where it goes
The inquiry is stored in the database used by this website. An email notification containing the submitted details may also be sent to the Service Spine team. Website hosting, database and email-delivery providers process information as needed to provide those services.
Technical information
Like most hosted websites, the site’s infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and error data. The exact information available can depend on the hosting provider and its configuration.
Retention and disclosure
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records and protect the website. A fixed deletion schedule has not been published. We do not sell inquiry information. We may disclose information to service providers supporting the website, when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the service.
Your request
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted by using the inquiry form and selecting “Another service workflow.” Put “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message. We will handle requests in light of the information available and applicable obligations.
Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice as the website or its practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
